Although I left a message for Joe, his son Buster came out to talk with me and sent me the bid. They were prompt and Joe did show up to get the workers started. I was disappointed in the quality of the work done and the guys putting up the wall seemed inexperienced. The day the work was being done I left to run some errands. I received a call from Buster saying he had to leave and asked that I give a check to one of the workers when they finished. When I returned he was gone and I had to step in to "supervise". The caulking was really sloppy and I had to coach them as to how to clean it up , along with touching up spots where the paint was missing and filling in the nail holes with putty. There were also big gaps where the privacy wall met the side of my house, and the post. An experienced carpenter would have made it a tighter fit. It seemed like a high price to pay for a very mediocre job.
Joe and Buster were very responsive. After they started they continued with the Crew until it was complete.
Buster and Joe were very easy to work with and communicated well. The stated there objective was to make us happy and they seemed to be committed to doing that.
After the tore out the old deck and put the debris in front of the house, there was a truck there the next morning to haul off the debris.
We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend SRI in the future.
