River Rock Resurfacing Inc. was established in the spring of 1986 by Connie Paulson and Elaine Huffman, the current President and Vice President of the Company. The goal was to provide an affordable alternative to the costly replacement of ugly, deteriorating concrete. This goal has been accomplished through the Natural Stone & Epoxy System and the Quartz, Polyurea, polyasparic & epoxy Industrial Flooring Systems. The Company has grown over 25 years and has established itself as a leader in the Epoxy Surfacing Industry.
