The overall experience was pretty bad. They were inconsistent in their communication and days would go by without them coming by the house or letting us know what was going on. In the end the plumber they hired did not install the shower heads correctly and this caused a leak that went through my garage ceiling. They removed a large section of drywall in my garage ceiling to try and find the leak but ultimately they decided the leak must not be their fault. Once they came to this conclusion they sent me an email informing me they wouldn't be coming by my house anymore. In addition to the leak in the shower the grout on my floor is cracking, there a spots in the wall tile with no grout at all, the door they install for the bedroom is out of alignment, and the list goes on. I made the mistake of paying them too much up front and they kept all of it. I was then told by one of their employees that the job ended up costing them money so they had decided to quit the job. I've tried contacting them again once I confirmed where the leak was coming from but have still not heard back. I'm sure they do good work if you pay them enough, don't pay much up front, and if the job is big enough, but I would certainly avoid them. You never know when one thing might go wrong and end up costing them too much to make it worth finishing your job. This would have been at least a $10,000 job but I guess they felt the $4,000 I gave them up front was enough.

Very good from the start. Wasn't the lowest bid I got but did everything including permits and there for inspections. Had good suggestions keeping in mind my budget. I really appreciated the excellent communication with Gabe, the project manager. The main guys, Bryan and Ryan, were respectful and professional. All was done in a timely manner even with 3 holidays and one weather delay. And it is well constructed. All issues that came up got prompt attention. The rooms look great inside and out! Others who have seen it are all impressed also and I highly recommend this company.

Revolve was very responsive from my first contact. They recommended a structural engineer and discovered we could not open up the wall to the extent we wanted. Revolve was patient as we discussed options and decided on a lesser opening. Workers were punctual and friendly. Final look is awesome!

Very pleased with service. A family business with one of the brothers around at any given time. Good quality work and they were always good to talk about any issues that arise. They were a little hard to get a hold of on the phone before the project started. But once they showed up to start working, everything went relatively smoothly.

The final results are fantastic. The baths are both updated with the latest materials and styles and the work was done to perfection. The workers were on time for the most part, however, because of delays on the shower door, they worked other jobs in between mine. The job took approximately 3 weeks to complete even with delays. The supervisors and workers were very knowledgeable and professional and the work areas were cleaned on a daily basis. All together, I got an A+ job!!
