Wayne and his crew were all friendly and worked hard and efficiently. We were very happy with the results.

Built garage quickly. Jerry frequently forgot stuff I would request. Builder definitely tries to go extra cheap and sacrifices build quality.

Garage was built quickly within a week, people showed up right after another to finish their portion of the garage.

We really like the garage, with one small problem. Although it met all the building regulations, the passive vents are inadequate to dissipate the extreme heat buildup inside..

Very dissatisfied with concrete driveways installed at my duplex. The concrete finish has deteriorated (one side worse than the other), and each year since installation (4), it has gotten worse. I have contacted the owner each year to communicate my concerns, and I still have a terrible looking surface!

Jerry was very helpful in suggesting features of our new garage that we hadn't considered. The quality of the work was very good, with an eye to value. Any issues were taken care of promptly. All contractors were very skilled and diligent. We were frustrated at times with the level of communication regarding when workers would be at our home working (people showing up unexpectedly). Once permits were taken care of and site was prepped, work went very quickly. The framing crew was amazing, working like a well-oiled machine.

The framing crew was amazing. My 16x24 shop was completed in one day in about 8.5 hours.

Owner Jerry Krizek was excellent to work with. He was very prompt with his first visit and his estimate. A great thing about Jerry is that every time I called his cell phone, he answered it. I never had to leave a message. I considered this excellent customer service.

I truly enjoyed working with Jerry and his subcontractors. Jerry was very responsive, organized and professional in completing his project. He was easy to work with in changes that we requested during the project. Subcontractors were there when He said they would be and most cleaned up after they finished for the day. The garage matches the stone and stucco we had done on the house. I think the cost of the project was reasonable if not more then fair.

If you are building a garage or structure use Jerry and Republic Garages. They are not the cheepest around, and you won't get cheep work. Each of the workers that have been here have been respectful, honest, and really hard workers. Everyone that he works with has been working for him for years. That says something to us about how he runs his business. If you want it done right call Jerry. His communication is fantastic. I cannot thank Jerry enough for the amazing work he has done. I can't wait to move our stuff into our new garage. Thank you Jerry for making the whole project easy, we love our new garage, porch, & driveway, it's beautiful!!

Jerry was wonderful to work with - would recommend his services to anyone interested in building a garage.

Although our project is still in the beginning stages, we have so far been very impressed with Jerry's professionalism, and the extremely fast work being done by his crews. Jerry was very flexible and even offered to do extras for us, like put up a fence to keep our dogs in the yard while they were doing construction. We have been very impressed so far.

Nice guy. Very smart. Does not listen to anything you have to say. I gave him a budget and he went over it by $10k.

My project was increasing a one car garage to a two car. All of the staff were professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
