QUALITY AUTO CARE & TIRE CENTER

My car broke down on the side of the road last Monday morning and this was one of the shops that AAA recommended. I had my car towed there. I received a call when the shop opened saying that they received my car and they will look at it as soon as they take care of their scheduled appointments for the day. 45 minutes later I received a call telling me what was wrong with my car, I needed a new clutch. They said they would need until at least Wednesday that week. I received a call Tuesday afternoon that my car was ready! I also love that this shop has a 2 year warranty! I will be bringing my car back!

The staff at Quality Auto Care is always on-time, thorough, reasonably priced, and trustworthy.  I would recommend them to anyone.  When I call they always get me in right away.  When I drop off my car for service, they always offer me a ride back home or to work.  They always call and let me know what they find and ask me/inform me of the cost before they do anything.  After I pick my car up it is always clean and running well.  And, a day or two after the service someone always calls me to ask how the car is doing and confirm that I am happy with the service provided.  I will continue to use these guys for everything possible and would recommend them to anyone.

When you bring your car in and tell them whats wrong they give an assessment on the cost of having it fixed. They ask about previous repairs to briefly check if there might be other things that need service. Their estimate is very close, usually within $5 of what they tell you. They are easy to get in and get serviced. They do an excellent job. They are very reasonable. They are very honest and helpful. They don't make up unnecessary repairs. I will continue to take my vehicles to them.

In September after leaving Quality Auto Care on the way home my entire tank of fuel dumped out of my vehicle and it was not running good at all. I returned right away and took it back to them. They gave me a loaner car in place, but upon picking it up for the second time they charged me just over $800 which was $200 over the estimate.

I am very satisfied with the job they did on my car. I would recommend them to anyone because they did a very good job. It took a few days because they had to wait on the insurance company.

Well this time we had a great experience at Quality Auto. What a great experience! We paid $20 to discover that we were sorta dumb about where we needed to add the fluids. We had been adding them in the wrong place.

They are really courteous, real straight with you and their prices are really good. I really recommend them!
