We had a hole punch in the roof by a flying tree limb from exceptionally high winds on 12/30/21. We waited to contact anyone until 12/21/21 as the winds were so high that it was unsafe to be outside. I put in a bid request through Home Adviser. I was called back very quickly. Lyle was on his way to see a client when my call came in. When I told him about the hole in the roof he prioritized our call and came sooner than expected. He advised us how to do a temporary patch to get the hole covered as snow was expected the same day. He gave a rough estimate for repair. Once we decided to move forward with the repair he came to do a final estimate and was able to get a crew here in just a few days. They worked quickly and the roof looks great.

One day roof replacement. Crew arrived first thing in the morning ready to work and knocked it out. Foreman called and texted regularly with updates and status reports so there were no surprises. Roof looks great, too.
