Description of Work: Left front wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced in our 2005, 2500 Chevy Silverado truck. Also had an oil change and lube. We had encountered difficulties returning from a trip pulling our 5th wheel, and Steve is such a great guy that we called him from the road and he did trouble-shooting and recommended that we go straight to a dealer to have the computer identify the problem. We were also able to call Steve again to make sure that what the dealer diagnosed was what was needed in order to get us home. Steve has worked on this truck several times and he always does a great job. He is funny, totally responsible and wonderfully competent. His wife Anna runs the business with charm and intelligence.

 + -1 moreThey are terrific and they are in Denver. The mechanic specializes in particular vehicles especially Cadillacs. We have a silver auto Chevrolet truck and we just got back from Arizona. We had all kinds of things that could have gone wrong and he diagnosed everything correctly which saved us a lot of money. The power steering fluid and the brake system are interrelated. So if he hadn?t checked those, then we would have had a huge problem. So there were a lot of small things that could have become catastrophic. He caught all of them and the truck is running great. He is extremely good and extremely fair. We would always use them.
Description of Work: We use the services of Northcrest Automotive for auto service. My last visit to them was in late May. They checked the power steering fluid and the brake system since there were some problems. There are two batteries in the truck and we had to have new batteries. They also checked the air conditioning system since there was something wrong with it.

 + -1 moreThey have taken care of my truck. They are very good. They won't do anything that is unnecessary. They will tell you it can wait until later. They are really great people! Their prices are very reasonable. They do the work very quick.
Description of Work: I have used Northcrest Automotive to do some work on my diesel truck. They have taken care of changing the oil and transmission fluid.
