Victor installed a quite large area of wood floors in my house. A month later, the gaps in between the boards already started showing. I asked Victor to come and look at my floors. He said that I needed to increase humidity. I turned my humidifier to max. In spite of this, I have huge gaps in between my boards that have gotten progressively worse. Victory has ignored my phone calls and refused to make the job right. If u don’t want to throw money away, please do not use Mucino!
