When problems kept happening throughout the troubleshooting, they came back and stayed late into the night without charging more.  Class act!  Good guys and concerned that they do it right.

The professionals that work for this company are just that...professional. We have an old boiler that is a brand that is not very common in the US. We have had a very difficult time finding someone to service it. However, Major Heating had a technician that has taught boiler maintenance and had worked on this brand in the past. He was able to refurbish it instead of up-selling us the cost of installing a new one. Major Heating also installed our swamp cooler and it worked perfectly all summer. Their prices are fair. This company will not nickel and dime you. And their customer service is excellent. 

Staff all around were friendly, efficient and instructive. We're satisfied with the way they handled the job, the low-impact-street-view of the condensers, cleanup after each day, and debriefing us on completion - paperwork, warranties, what to expect/look for, etc. We expect to call on Major for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
