I purchased ski boots from Larson's. I don't think the original salesperson did a particularly good job helping me get fit into the right boots. But Larson's went the extra mile to make it right, including multiple attempts to modify the boots. In the end, they let me exchange them. The manager helped me get fit into the right pair of boots for the exchange, and they're a big improvement.
