Called them, and they went out to look at the yard and give me an estimate. The estimate was in the range I was expecting, so I contracted them to do the work. They said they would go out the next week to do the yard clean up. He called and left a message that there was wood in the yard, and should they clean it up. His message indicated they would come back the next day if I said yes. I called him back within an hour, and left a message just telling them to clean up anything in the yard that need to be done. When I stopped by the house two days later, they still hadn't showed up. I called, and he told me that he went by twice and there was still wood in the yard. I indicated that I had returned his phone call telling them it was ok to haul away the wood. He told me, again, that he had stopped by twice (like that was supposed to be impressive). I said, ok, but still none of the work has been done. He argued with me that he stopped by again. I told him that wasn't the point, and that a service needed to be done, not just a drive-by. He indicated that he would come do the work the next day, but at that point I didn't want to continue doing business with someone so unreliable and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.
