Technician arrived on schedule. He was thorough, professional and explained all that he was doing. The price was reasonable for the work performed. We were very pleased with the service.

Four Seasons continues to send the same service technician out to tell us that this is as good as it is going to get. They offer no solutions to the issue when they performed the heat load test and performed all the measurements to tell us that this is the best energy efficient system for our home to remain comfortable year round. Instead of admitting that a mistake had to have been made and providing us with solutions to fix it they refuse to take any action. 

I can not recommend using Four Seasons Heating, Inc. for any HVAC services.

What a comedy of errors. FS installed the wrong AC and coil. Two days later they installed the correct AC but broke a part off the furnace controller....no heat for a brief period .

Had a steam humidifier installed incorrectly...of course it was on a Friday. It was fixed on Monday. Now 7 months later, it won't work and the parts have to be manufactured...45 day minimum.  The manufacturer is selling units but not the parts to fix them.

I got absolutely nowhere with the manufacturer.  All that negative aside, FS is taking apart a new humidifier to fix the mess that the manufacturer created.  Kudos to Four Seasons.

Made an initial appointment to troubleshoot AC system.  This was the third company to analyze our problem.  Second company found refrigerant low and refilled it.  However, due to a problem (a short circuit) within the compressor, the AC system soon failed again.  Four Seasons heating correctly analyzed the problem, ordered a new compressor, and made apt to install it.

Very responsive ... have been working to balance the heating system over 3-4 months ... very responsive even though 3-4 months out of warranty period.  They have always returned phone calls within a day.  Service technicians call ahead on day of scheduled service with their anticipated arrival time ... and they are on time!

We have used Four Seasons for our regular boiler maintenance (we get it
done every other year). Previously, their office team has been
responsive, helpful and professional. Their on-site personnel was
prompt, efficient, careful, tidy and pleasant. Their prices have always
been competitive. So, when a regulator on our boiler started leaking
gas, we call them first. The office person said she would call "the
boiler guy" and have him contact us. When we didn't hear for a couple of
hours, my husband called the office back and asked for a status update.
The response? "Well, I sent him an email and I don't know what else to
do. If you want to get this process going today, I suggest you call
someone else."
Okay... It is January 3, it's below freezing and
-- while we are lucky and can maintain a base temperature in our home
with our wood burning inserts -- my boiler is out. Yes, it would like to
get it started today and I my husband is calling someone else right
now... I suggest other Angie's list members do the same.

We were having trouble with our A/C and called another contractor. The other contractor did an estimated which included many things we later determined were unnecessary. The estimate was 30,000. We called Four Seasons for a 2nd opinion, as we had a friend who used them for commercial work and recommended them. They came to our home that day, gave us an estimate explained all the issues in detail and we had the installation completed about 2 weeks later.
So far  we have no problems and the work was done as estimated, the time estimated was precise and the installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They ran into 1 problem, discussed it with us, we resolved it immediately and the work was completed on time and for the price estimated. 
The sales person - Randy Hink - as well as the owner Matt Rossi were both very precise. However, it did take 2 calls to get Matt Rossi to return our call. It is my understanding that he asked someone else to call back who did so, but 2 weeks later after we had already met with Randy.

Very positive experience. We had no problems or complaints. I can't comment on the furnace because we haven't used it yet.

I chose to go with this company because of the comments on Angie's List and the quote that they gave me was the best one that I received. I thought they did a really good job. They cleaned up well after they were done. The service tech also gave me a call to follow-up afterwards to make sure the new units were working properly.

Work was done professionally and competently. When we had questions about our air conditioning, a service worker was sent promptly, who examined and adjusted our equipment.
