despite long cold snap, came within the hour
furnace operating OK at this point
helped diagnose if issue was with thermostat or dirty filter
checked operation of furnace... all systems seemed OK
though this was an older furnace, he did not try to sell me a new one

They were excellent. I used their services a month ago. The price was in keeping with other bids I got. It was very cold and I knew my furnace needed to be replaced. He was able to show up with a top of the line furnace. I wanted a 97% efficiency and he got it in and he got the air conditioning in. I did not want an ordinary furnace. He showed up and got it done quickly. The service was excellent.

He installed a new furnace. Gave us advice as to size and what would work best in our home. He was very efficient and kept the work area clean. He is returning next week to install air conditioning.
