Description of Work: Don is the true meaning of customer service! I had a emergency situation where our boat was just sold and on the way home from the marina the cushion flew out of the back of the boat on C-470 . It was run over twice. I took the cushion to Don hoping he could help me. The new owner was picking up the boat in 3 days. Not only did Don make the cushion look brand new, he added a small peice of leather that made it look better than before. He rushed the work so the new owner would have a better than new cushion. Don also restitched the boat cover and replaced all the missing snaps. This is the epitomy of good old fashion customer service. Don't think I could have found a better place !

 + -1 moreThis was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything was explained in direct, straight forward, simple terms. The business is owned and opperated by two brothers who are there all the time and very hands on with every project. I had a couple of scheduling problems that were taken in stride; and then, they went out of their way to get me fit into their very busy schedule within two days. The quality and workmanship was first class all the way and the finished product was perfectly matched and of higher quality than the original. I would unequivocally recommend them for any upholstery job large or small.
Description of Work: I had two panels of my driver's side automobile seat replace, which required the removal of the entire power seat.
