Fitness - Training
I discovered Elixir at the Highland's Street fair last summer. I love the small studio factor with 4 reformers because we all get attention. Mary Jo and all the instructors can adapt any movement to fit each person fitness level. I am on a long journey back to better health and Elixir has been key to keeping me on track. The overall energy is just good and the support from fellow classmates is tremendous. It is a great value for the money. $180 for ten sessions.
