This firm is extraordinarily unreliable, does very poor work, is sloppy, has too many personal problems, doesn't complete projects and tasks, does things you don't ask for; and appears to be dishonest. If you have to hire someone and this is your only choice, only allow them to only do very simple tasks you can monitor closely; have an agreed upon and specific project, design, and budget; do not allow project to creep beyond what you've asked for; and have a very specific contract with them.
