 + 6 moreThis firm is extraordinarily unreliable, does very poor work, is sloppy, has too many personal problems, doesn't complete projects and tasks, does things you don't ask for; and appears to be dishonest. If you have to hire someone and this is your only choice, only allow them to only do very simple tasks you can monitor closely; have an agreed upon and specific project, design, and budget; do not allow project to creep beyond what you've asked for; and have a very specific contract with them.
Description of Work: Began in July; still not complete though paid for. Project was to include a deck, some stucco repair, and a short list of miscellaneous tasks. It wound up including replacement of windows, doors, and siding; replacement of skylights, electrical fixture replacement, outdoor plumbing, drywall, painting, addition/replacement of trim, among other things. Little was completed, many things weren't done at all, and building materials and construction mess was left throughout the site.

 + 1 moreHe was very inexpensive, and seemed to do a very good job. He did a nice job with the clean up. He was knowledgeable enough to be able to paint the brick right. He was extremely punctual.
Description of Work: He did some painting for me. He also gave me an estimate to pour my front porch.
