Cress Kitchen & Bath

On all of our jobs over the years, Cress has been professional, on time. They do a great job in design, willing to take the time to get it right. They work with experienced craftspeople. They show up on time. The project was completed in the time scheduled. They have followed up with some minor issues that needed to be corrected. They use quality materials that hold up over time. They remodeled our bathrooms 10 years ago, and the high quality cabinets still look brand new. In a job of this magnitude there are always a few glitches and thing that don't go right the first time. In our experience Cress has always followed up to make those issues right.

Poor planning, insensitive ownership & unprofessional conduct. Unsure how this place is in business. Contractors get a bad name because of companies like Cress.

There was some misunderstanding about the price. The tech thought the quote listed on the service sheet was too high. The tech thought he still to add a labor cost to the estimate. He called the owner who informed him that the cost of labor was already included.

I would give them an A+. Quality craftsmanship. Pleasant people to work with. They do follow up and meet their deadlines. If there is something not right with the work, they work hard to make it right. They provide a kitchen designer who is very capable and very helpful in guiding you through the many decisions that need to be made. A long time family business, very reliable, very trustworthy.

Overall experience was very good. They had a large assortment of tile and helped us choose the tile and grout. The installer did a very nice job even though it took him two days to complete. This was because the old tile was difficult to remove and involved some repair to the wall before the new tile could be installed.
