We like to support local businesses whenever possible and contacted Colorado Door Connection based on an Angie's List review and their BBB rating.  We worked with Mike.  His responses to a couple of our emails were a little slow, but not bad - we did not have a strict time frame and had let him know that from the beginning, so there was no problem there.  He was easy to get in touch with, either by email or phone and he contacted us regularly to get our input on all the phases of the project.
Colorado Door Connection provided staff to do the measuring - they showed up on time and made sure they totally understood what we wanted to do, provided suggestions and recommendations for some technical construction elements of the project.  We have a 50 year old house, so not all openings are square or standard sizes, so their input really helped.
It took about 6 weeks to get the doors - we had them painted professionally which is an option.  Again, we did not have a strict time frame, so we are not sure if this is a normal length of time for delivery or not.  The crew that showed up to do the installation were professional, polite and very careful with our home.  They were here for two days, mostly to make sure the bifold closet doors hung correctly (since they were not prehung).  They did everything as a custom job, providing their own tools, saws, etc.  They took care of little details that we had not thought of and cleaned up every day. 
We really felt like Colorado Door Connection treated us like a valuable customer.  We are very happy with the results.

The quality of their work is outstanding. The door looks beautiful. I was very impressed by both their professionalism as well as the way in which they didn t talk down to me when they answered my questions. I will be using them again for more work soon.

Overall experience was very good. While the order was delayed due to the particular door we ordered being slow to receive from the manufacturer, the quality of the door and the installation was excellent. Even with some problems during installation, they stayed with us and did not bill the last half until the job was completed and we were happy with the installation.
