 + -1 moreThe carpet came out beautiful! It truly looked like new. I was worried about the sectional it is white with blue stripes but it also looked perfect when he was done. Scooter (the owner) is so professional and really cares about doing a great job.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 rooms. Treated very bad pet stains. Cleaned large sectional.

 + -1 moreSCOOTERS WORK IS AMAZING. HE IS POLITE AND VERY HARD WORKING. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT ABOUT LISTENING TO OUR CARPET ISSUES ( MOSTLY, PET STAINS AND RED WINE SPILLS) AND FIGURING OUT HOW TO MAKE THINGS LOOK BETTER. WE HAVE USED HIM AND CARPET MEDICS FOR YEARS AND WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER CARPET CLEANER. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS!
Description of Work: CARPET MEDICS ARE BY FAR THE BEST CARPET CLEANERS I HAVE EVER USED. SCOOTER IN EXTREMELY THROUGHLY IN HIS WORK FROM THE MOMENT HE ARRIVES. HE SPOT TREATS THE BAD SPOTS AND THEN CAREFULLY CLEANS THE ENTIRE CARPET UNTIL IT LOOKS NEW! HE DOES NOT RUSH HIS WORK AND OBVIOUSLY TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK.

 + -1 moreThe carpet technicians are prompt, courteous and efficient and do a great cleaning job. Carpet is dry within about 8 hours. This is not the first time I have hired this company. I have always been impressed with the quality I have received.
Description of Work: Cleaned living room/dining room and hall carpet and tacked down a little carpet on the stairs.
