AUTUMN GOLD LANDSCAPES INC

I was initially satisfied with the work done by Autumn Gold, but have had a hard time getting Richard Overman to complete certain contracted tasks in a timely manner. He dragged out the completion of our job for months by putting off trimming and pruning, and addressing other concerns I had pointed out, and he had agreed to correct. He had promised to move a bush that was planted too close to our new patio...putting it off all summer, then told me he would move it in the fall when it went dormant. Even with reminders from me the work did not get done. I began contacting him again this spring (several e-mails, and phone calls that usually went unanswered). i finally was able to meet with him and he scheduled a time and date to finish the promised work and also replace a few of the bushes that did not make it through the winter. I was extremely disappointed when neither he or his crew showed up, and did not even call me! It was only after I sent him a strongly worded e-mail, and demanded that he take care of business immediately, that I finally got the work done. Very unpleasant. I would not do business with Autumn Gold Landscaping again because of their inability to complete the contracted work in a timely and communicate promptly with me.
