Very good in working with insurance companies and mortgage lenders.

They were very good. Did a great job. Would recommend them!

All work was done in the most respectful manner with consideration for flower's around the house. Tarps were used to collect as much waste from removing older shingles. They also replaced a sheet of plywood that appeared to have had some water damage on the main portion of the roof, put in extra attic vents. Overall very pleasant experience and I went with the impact hail resistant shingles. It lowered my insurance premiums by about 10 percent. And we also upgraded to the the oversized gutters for water runoff plus makes cleaning them out easier. Again very satisfied with using a reputable local company and not just going with those storm chasers.

Still waiting for gutter install (roof was just finished today), but these guys have been a pleasure to work with. My new roof addresses all the problems with the old roof and is very pretty. :-) The crew that did the work was very good and respectful. Did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day so I had no fear of driving over nails or anything else. Showed up at 8:00 am and worked until sundown for three days straight. Hard workers and good people. Had one problem as far as the best way to flash my swamp cooler and the owner of the company (Steven) personally came out so we could figure out the details face-to-face. Another good person who obviously sets a good example for his employees. Would definitely use again.

We hired this company based upon a recommendation from our insurance broker. He told us he had recommended this company to some of his other clients and didnt have any complaints. Unfortunately, this company did not live up the the recommendation. They lied to us about contacting our insurance company to request approval to replace the sheathing under the shingles. They hastily shingled the roof before there was any chance for the city inspector to examine the sheathing. The inspector passed the roofing job even though the sheathing was damaged underneath. The owner of the company wasnt helpful at all and refused to address the sheathing issue, stating that it passed MINIMUM STANDARDS! Very disappointing. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

All Around Roofing and Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing our roof in Fort Collins earlier this year. The roof was damaged by hail in the summer of 2019 and although it was covered by our insurance, we still wanted to get a few quotes from different roofers because we wanted to work with a company that could do more than just the roofing, if needed. The quotes from the different companies came in at similar amounts, but what made All Around Roofing stand out right from the start was the quality of their people. After our initial contact with the company, we started talking with their Project Managers Josh Escandon and Jaylene Dominguez. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jaylene and Josh were always conscientious about customer service and making sure that we understood everything about the process. As new homeowners, we had never made an insurance claim before, and the process was daunting at first. But All Around Roofing guided us and helped clarify the ins and outs, and Josh and Jaylene answered our questions throughout the whole process. Jaylene was always quick to respond to any emails or messages that we sent her, both before and after the job, and she always followed through on what she said she would do. Jaylene and Josh were both also at our house on the day that the roof was installed. Their whole crew was friendly, and they worked incredibly efficientlyâ we woke up on that day with an old, damaged roof, and by 2:00 pm, the new roof was already completely installed and the crew was cleaning up. We were also impressed with the delivery and clean-up since we had heard horror stories about other roofing companies leaving all kinds of trash, roof debris, and nails all over other peopleâ s yards. But All Around Roofing did a good job making sure that the old shingles and trash made it into the dumpster right from the get-go, and then they did an extremely thorough job of going through the whole yard to pick up any remaining bits of roofing material. They went above and beyond what we had expected. I would absolutely recommend All Around Roofing and Exteriors, especially if you can work with Jaylene Dominguez and Josh Escandon. We are completely satisfied with our roof and are planning on working with them to repaint the house in the coming months. They are a great company that stands by their work.

AARE assigned their Senior Project Manager Josh Escandon to my job: Josh Escandon is the VERY BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER HIRED, PERIOD!!! Every aspect of this job from start to finish was done SUPERBLY WELL: >The initial AARE person who contacted me was James. James worked with me via phone exceptionally well answering all of my question. He called me back when I asked him to. - I had to drive cross country to be at this job site, so James and his manager worked with me, ensuring they got Josh and his Outstanding co-Senior Project Manager Jaylene to my rental property to meet me within minutes of my arrival in Fort Collins. - They were there, at my rental property right on time. > Josh and Jaylene then took many hours (at my request) to help me understand how hail had damaged the roof, gutters and paint on my rental house. To resolve my concerns, they explained the entire insurance and roofing/gutter replacement and potential house painting processes to me in great detail; fully answering all of my questions. > Josh's expertise in roofing, painting, gutters, insurance work and getting quality sub contractors is SUPERB. - He had the gutter specialist fix a long standing issue with the downspouts (that was not covered by insurance) for very little cost. - He also had his painter replace old trim boards on the outside of the house (that were not covered by insurance) for very little cost. > Jaylene's expertise in roofing style and roofing color choices and gutter-helmet protection was a great help. - Josh and the pros at AARE documented additional damage that my insurance adjuster missed. Then they worked with my insurance company (on my behalf - with my permission) to get the insurance company to significantly increase the amount of repairs they would authorize and pay for. The coordination between me, AARE and my Insurance company was SUPERB and BETTER than I could have hoped for. It ALL worked to MY benefit. > The AARE roofing crew, and the house painting and gutter sub contractors were all superb. - They all went above and beyond in every respect to give me the best quality of workmanship. - The products used in everything were ALL OUTSTANDING. - The price Josh and his painter gave me on whole house painting (this cost was partially covered by my insurance) allowed me to repaint the entire house at a very affordable cost. I had to leave Colorado (where these repairs were done to my rental property) and return to Virginia shortly after the main roof was installed. Working with Josh via phone, text and e-mail to complete the repairs was EASY and WONDERFUL. - Josh went out of his way to keep me me informed. He answered all of my questions very quickly, ensuring I always had the proper information. - Josh sent me text pictures so I could see what was happening and how everything was being resolved. He worked extremely well with my tenants, and followed up with everyone. Once the work was complete, the AARE billing specialists worked with me to answer all of my billing questions superbly well. She did whatever was needed to ensure I understood how everything was properly accounted for. I ended up with a rental house that is in much better shape now, then before hail damaged it. The very pretty roof, new gutters and color coordinated fresh new paint make the house look great !! I ever need any work done on this rental property again, I will contact Josh to get his advice on the best way to proceed. Josh has become a trusted friend who will always give me straight answers and help me in whatever way he can. I am completely satisfied with everything AARE did for me. Horrible customer service very responsive during the initial work but when it came time to honor their warranty they went from a roofing company to a traveling magic show and disappeared. Repeated efforts to have an apparent sealing issue repaired, which occurred within the first year, were ultimately unsuccessful, this included having to show up in their main office after phone attempts went ignored. Given the oncoming spring season, and the need to get the leak fixed immediately prior to heavy rains, I had to pay another roofing company to fix the issue. Do not hire this company. It is unlikely I will be able to have any issues that occur over the remaining four years of the warranty addressed and fixed by this company.
