He worked by himself and the response time was slow. Called about a month ago to have repairs done and he had worked on our gutters back in 2009 and did a good job so we knew he was worth waiting for. He was to come on Thursday or Friday and said he would call us, but didn't call until Saturday. He came and got right to work and 4 hours later our gutters look great and done before the snow! The color matches our gutters and now the water or snow will drain properly.
