3R Services was amazing to work with. Jim and Eric made sure everything was done right at each step and quickly addressed any questions or changes that we had. Our basement finish was done within our schedule and the work done is very high quality. We would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them again for any future projects.

I had the pleasure of working with 3R Services on an addition and interior remodel project for my home, and I am stoked on the results! The 3R crew was professional, transparent, and fun to work with. 3R offered fair and transparent pricing, providing a detailed quote upfront that gave me a realistic idea of what each line item would cost. There were some unknowns that came up throughout the project, but that was to be expected and we ended up over the initial estimate by less than 10%... quite reasonable. In terms of the quality of their work, I am very happy with the end result. They took the time to ensure that I was happy with the results at each milestone in the project and were promt to correct things that werent quite right. The end result is fantastic and my home looks just as I imagined it to be. But perhaps the best part of working with Jim, Eric and the rest of the 3R guys was the experience itself. They were fun people to work with, and have on site. They were open to my ideas and suggestions, their communication was good, and they didnt seem to mind me taking on some aspects of the project. I would absolutley recommend 3R to anyone in need of a general contractor for their project.
