At the Beginning of May Ryan came out and quoted us 3 days to have our hill Rock Rapped to stop with any erosion and assist with drainage from our cabin on top of the hill. We were very excited to find a local company that was ready for the job.  They also included laying down and watering new gravel on the road leading up to the cabin.  We went up the next weekend expecting to see the job done, not only was the job incomplete. it took them four months to finish the job.  Ryan changed the scope of the job as well including a drainage ditch that we did not want because he knew the owner of the property below us and that owner requested the ditch!  When they were laying down the gravel there was no water anywhere so it took longer for the gravel to pack and was very dusty.  In September I finally called Ryan saying we were done.  I had a check for the work that was completed even though it was not what we contracted for and he needed to come out and pick up his equipment.  The reason we went with them was because we thought we would be able to enjoy our yard, even seed it this year so we could enjoy the summer at the cabin instead of living on a work site for another summer.
