Banking/Credit Unions
They charged us for on line banking fees that we never used. I told them to cancel it once and they did but they put it back on again and charged me for it over a year. They also didn't provide the credit protection service they say they were going to provide; then they charged us for the service anyway. I called them out for it and they gave us a settlement but I cancelled the service. I have since changed the majority of my banking to another bank. Their customer service at the local branches is good.
