Did not replace windows yet.
Description of Work: Received estimate only, I did not realize how expensive it would be to replace all windows in my home appr 22 windows equated to a $17,000 estimate for their product.

It took several phone calls to connect with them. Once the appointment was confirmed, they were punctual and worked very efficiently. Our windows look and perform much better than they did before Terco serviced them.
Description of Work: Terco Windows and Glass replaced glazing bead and screens damaged by hail. They also replaced double-pane window glass that had lost its seal and performed general maintenance on all windows.

THE ACTUAL TIME TO REPLACE THE WINDOW WAS SMALL AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD. CONTACTING THE COMPANY WAS DIFFICULT AS MANY PHONE CALLS TO THEM WENT UNANSWERED. ONCE CONTACTED, THE EMPLOYEES WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: TERCO WINDOWS EMPLOYEES REPLACED A LARGE WINDOW THAT HAD LOST IT'S SEAL, CAUSING CONDENSATION TO FORM ON THE INSIDE.

TERCO WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND QUICK ONCE THE JOB BEGAN. CONTACT WITH TERCO WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE MANY PHONE CALLS WENT UNANSWERED. IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO OBTAIN A QUOTE; HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT.
Description of Work: TERCO REPAIRED OR REPLACED ALL OF THE WINDOW SCREENS IN OUR HOUSE DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE.
