Window Service
It took several phone calls to connect with them. Once the appointment was confirmed, they were punctual and worked very efficiently. Our windows look and perform much better than they did before Terco serviced them.

Screen Repair
TERCO WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND QUICK ONCE THE JOB BEGAN. CONTACT WITH TERCO WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE MANY PHONE CALLS WENT UNANSWERED. IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO OBTAIN A QUOTE; HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT.

THE ACTUAL TIME TO REPLACE THE WINDOW WAS SMALL AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD. CONTACTING THE COMPANY WAS DIFFICULT AS MANY PHONE CALLS TO THEM WENT UNANSWERED. ONCE CONTACTED, THE EMPLOYEES WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
