I asked for an estimate prior to the job.  Ray Plaggemeier (their HVAC specialist) looked at my system, gave me his recommendation for replacing the existing equipment, and provided an estimate that was substantially less than the two estimates I received from other companies.  He was willing to discuss the various options and possible ways of saving me money. I was impressed by his knowledge of the system and his straightforward analysis of my situation.
We agreed on a schedule for the work, and the installation of the furnace and air conditioner was completed in two days.  My air conditioner is on the roof, and the furnace is in the basement.  He rented a hoist to lift the A/C to the roof, which was much cheaper than renting a crane.  He also replaced the circuit breaker for the A/C in the electrical panel with a more appropriately sized breaker (changed the 50-amp breaker to a 30-amp breaker).  This was not included in the original estimate but was done at no extra cost.  The quality of the installation appeared  to be very good, with good attention to detail. 
The installation was done in the summer, so I have only used the A/C so far, and it's working fine.  I was very pleased with the results and would definitely use this company again.
