Dan is very punctual, perfectionist, and very clean. He responded to all of my texts and phone calls; and he is by far one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. He was on-time and finished the job earlier/faster than I expected. He did a great job, and I am very happy with the result. I will hire him again for other jobs, no doubt!

I hired Dan to fix a variety of drywall issues. The first think I really liked was that Dan’s website suggested people text him, as he is able to respond more comprehensively to text messages. I did just that, sending him pictures of the work I needed done. He was able to give me a quote within just a few minutes, far faster than his competitors. More importantly, his quote was reasonable (some I received were way overpriced) and he was available within a week or two. His reviews on the web were excellent, so I hired him. I’m so glad I did. Dan did a really excellent job. He clearly cares about his work and doing a good job and he is highly knowledgeable and skilled. He showed up on time and texted me when he was 20 minutes out as I requested. After discussing the job, he got right to work and worked quickly and efficiently without compromising quality. Dan’s drywall work is great. He patched and applied several coats of mud to the affected areas. He then textured the areas, plus a light texturing a few feet in all directions around the patch to effectively “feather in” the texture so the new texture won’t catch the eye vs the existing texture. He kept the work space very clean, with only minimal film on the floor for us to clean up and he was conscientious about taping and tenting his work space to make sure no furnishing were sprayed. I can’t see where any of the damage was, and I can’t even tell the drywall was repaired. Looks like the regular wall, which is perfect. Dan also removed some 1” thick trim tile abutting a window. This was delicate work: the tile had to be cut while mounted on the wall with a grinder or saw. Dan was nervous about cutting into the wallboard behind the tile, but in the end he made a perfectly clean cut without nicking the wallboard. Honestly, I’m not sure how he did it so perfectly. It really looks like the tile was cut before being installed. He was patient and precise with this aspect of the job, and I am really impressed. Overall, Dan is now in my phone as my go-to guy for drywall, carpentry, and other interior issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will use him again myself.
