They were able to schedule the appointment within 2 business days of my call. The results were beautiful. Refreshed trees that have room to breathe, but still provide plenty of privacy and coverage.

The crew showed up ready to go. They had the tree down, cut up and carted away in an hour. They did a good job cleaning up.

I have lived in my house for 10 years, and I don't know whether the trees had been trimmed prior to moving in, but I do know I had not had them trimmed before. Brian kept appointments for the estimate on the trees, and allowed a late modification to include two trees that had not been included previously. He was patient with the questions I had (first house and first time doing something with the trees) and willing to make suggestions and point out the pros and cons of the options. The work was performed on the scheduled days, and the yard was cleaned up at the end of second day. The yard looks good. The only two issues were one small branch was missed that was in contact with the shingles on my house, and some corner pieces of siding pulled out from the garage. Both issues were corrected the day after I notified Brian of them.

Did the work exactly as suggested and was very prompt and reliable.

Brian and his crew were GREAT!  They are hard-working, conscientious, good-humored, and the results are fabulous.  They also did a wonderful job cleaning up all the debris.

I am very happy to know about them. I will call them agaIn this Fall to prune my crabapple trees.

Senn Tree service has been a pleasure to work with since the beginning. I have tried to have several other companies come out and give me quotes but I was stood up. I noticed Senn trimming one of my neighbors trees and went over to see if they would be interested in giving me a quote. They immediately came to my house and gave us a quote at a lower price than I was expecting. We had four cottonwoods in our backyard that were overhanging our neighbor's yards and one of them was completely dead and had to be removed.

They were punctual and got to work right away. They did the work adroitly and no damage was done to my home or my neighbors even with the precarious positioning of the branches. All staff were personable and the owners are part of the work crew so there is no confusion on what is to be done. They left our yard cleaner than it was before they got here. I will definitely use them for tree trimming in the future.

They're awesome. They are local which is really nice. They are a small company and the owner actually participates in doing the work. I worked with another tree trimming company and I couldn't get them within any the time of the day. John comes out, takes care of everything pretty much personally and he's handled all the tree needs for me and my neighbors. I will use them again in the future because we've got another tree that they're scheduled to trim within a couple of months.

We had a tree fall on our house during a windstorm. John and his crew came and cut the tree off the house and cleaned up the debris and disposed of it. They were quick and efficient.

I had two trees that needed to be trimmed. Both of them are sixty to seventy foot tall.  To compound the situation, both of them had branches that needed to be removed that were hanging over my neighbors house.  John and his team came to my house and were able to trim both trees without having to get into my neighbors yard and without damaging any property.  When I came home, they had cleaned up the yard so well, I couldn't tell they had been there without looking at the trees.  I have used John several times to trim my trees and so have several of my neighbors.  In fact, he's coming back out to trim another tree for us in March.

Senns did an outstanding job removing the three trees without damage to my property or adjacent property of neighbors. They also cleaned up the mess, including using a leaf blower to blow the sawdust into a mulched area. When finished, they even replaced a section of fence I had removed to provide wider access to the back yard. They worked quickly, efficiently, and safely. An outstanding crew and one that I'll use again and also recommend to others needing tree service.
