Carpet Cleaning
I had used Sears carpet cleaning before and was very happy with them. This time it was just an average job. The stairs and by the door to garage were not real clean and the carpet was quite a bit wetter than the lat time I had the carpet cleaned.

Their delivery was good. I really liked their one-stop phone call system because it eliminated a lot of scheduling on my part. They took care of it all. They ordered the appliance and set up the service date.

The salespeople were very professional. They didn't push us for what we didn't want. He was able to describe the features of the units very well. The washer and dryer both work very well and we were happy with the units we bought.

Water Heater Service, Plumbing
I got 3 quotes originally. 1 was close to Sears and the 3rd was almost double and with only an 8 yr warranty. The plumber was here on time and everything went very smoothly and professionally. No complaints at all.
