Pool & Spa Medics

An absolutely terrible experience with Pool and Spa Medics: Delays, sloppy labor, unfulfilled commitments, lack of follow-through, and lack of professionalism. The biggest problem of all, however, was terrible communication regarding every aspect to this work. After months of delays and literally tens of thousands of dollars spent I still don’t have a usable pool. I finally have had to turn to another company. I would never recommend that anyone use this company!!!!

I was having a very difficult time managing the water in my pool and could not figure out what was causing it to get so bad so fast. They sent someone out to help diagnose the issue the next day. He knew right away what was going on and causing the water to get so bad so quickly. He did his thing and added the necessary chemicals and everything else to get my pool back in shape. He even provided me with some tips and tricks to keep my water healthy and safe for me and my guests. It is very apparent that they take the health and safety of their customers very seriously. I would recommend Pool and Spa Medics 10 out of 10 times to my friends, family, and colleagues. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT HIRE!!! We could not be more dissatisfied with our experience with Pool and Spa Medics. They were hired to redo the vinyl liner in our pool and it was clear they had NO IDEA how to do it correctly. They had to patch and recut the new liner in multiple places, rendering it useless. There were so many leaks and misalignment issues. When we asked them to replace the liner and try to install it correctly, they refused. We had to take them to small claims court in Adams County to get back a portion of the money. On top of the shoddy work, the owner, Dustin, was HORRIBLE to work with. He was incredibly hard to get a hold of, never came to inspect the work of his men when asked, and lost his temper over the phone, swearing at my wife. He was rude, unprofessional, and terrible to work with. After hiring a reputable company to redo the work that Pool and Spa Medic attempted, we were told that our new company had been hired to fix multiple botched jobs by Pool and Spa Medics (some involving life threatening electrical issues). Our new company also provided contact info for one of their customers who was also in the process of suing Pool & Spa Medics. Under no circumstance should you consider hiring Pool and Spa Medics.
