Our puppy needed a second round of inoculations. We took him to the same place the first time, but they did not seem to remember very much about that visit. Some promised actions were forgotten until we reminded the staff. Overall the care was very good, but some inconsistencies prevented this form being a perfect visit.

THE STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS AND YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY LOVE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. MY DOG IS VERY NERVOUS AND THEY TAKE THE TIME TO HOLD HIM AND TRY TO MAKE HIM COMFORTABLE.
