Exterior Painting
He hangs around the paint area at Lowes and Home Depot. He sees people buying paint supplies, and he approaches them offering to do work for you. He says he will come out and do a bid. He does give a low ball bid, and he does bring all of his stuff and gets things going. He starts, but he never came back to finish. He left his supplies, and has never been back. I have tried to call him, but haven't been able to reach him. He would come up with excuses as to why he couldn't be there. He would ask for money to buy materials, but never actually bought them. He may have a bought a few things, but not everything he was given money to buy.
