Great. I have used them for several months now and they are now sending the same team. Hope to be using them for quite a while.

The team was early (just after 7:30 AM rather than 8 AM), which was a tad disconcerting because we had just gotten our daughter off to school and were finishing up preparing rooms--we like to get things REALLY cleaned up and put away, but they caught us still packing up the painting supplies! We pointed out a couple of rooms and bathroom that were ready to go, knowing those would keep the 2-person team busy while we wrapped up the tidying. Nonetheless, one of the team members immediately got on the phone to their central office and conveyed (in Spanish--she didn't know my husband could understand her well enough to get the gist) a list of rooms that were not ready. That was rather frustrating, since they were the ones who were early. And, we were disappointed that neither of the team members spoke enough English to communicate with us... since both of us work from home, it is awkward for both us and the team if we can't communicate smoothly, and this issue did lead to a couple of minor instructions not being followed. Despite these minor annoyances, the clean was superb. Down to hand dusting the slats on wood blinds and polishing a very dirty glass tea kettle, this was the best clean we have received in years, period. And, their pricing was in the middle of the pack. Further, the office staff said they would be pleased to use my more environmentally friendly supplies as I directed (I had some on hand that they used, although I'm concerned there might be a slight communications challenge on this... would have to try it going forward). Unfortunately, they don't offer "every 4 week" cleans on the day of the week we needed, so we were not able to continue to work with them. (Thought it a little odd that they were so rigid on this, but that is just their business model). I've worked with a lot of cleaning services and cleaners over the years--easily over a dozen. While there were definitely some minor issues--mostly around interaction--the clean itself was hands down the best we've ever purchased.

They were professional and arrived on time. On the second visit, I was not satisfied with the cleaning. I called to speak with the office and the office staff was professional and courteous. They scheduled another cleaning to complete the job to my satisfaction.I was completely satisfied.

It was $300 for 4 people to come out and clean.  I don't know that I will use them again because I feel like it was something that I could have done very easily and I paid a lot of money to do that.  They were all very professional and courteous and did things by the book and I appreciated that but probably wouldn't use that service again.  I would use them in the future but only in an emergency, just because I can clean it myself, and it is not because they didn't do a good job, it is just because I don't always have the extra income to pay someone to clean my house. 

They are always on time. They have accommodated special requests, like the scent of one of their cleaners was kind of bothersome so they changed their cleaner.  They do extra stuff if they have the time, like wipe down my coffee station, wipe out my fridge and stuff the valances.  They’re pretty good with special requests.  They’re also good with overall cleaning.  I think they have a three week rotation or a three time rotation where the first time is all the baseboards, the next time its super vacuuming of all the stairs and the third time is both of them together.  It takes about three times to get everything done perfectly.  They always do an overall good job.  I will use them again in the future.
