Eric was professional from beginning to the end. He diagnosed bid and did full removal and replace of heating, Air and humidifier. He was in and out in the timeline scheduled and everything works fantastic. He is a genuinely nice man and very polite and attentive to all our questions and concerns. He was efficient, his work areas were kept clean, and he wore shoe covers to prevent dirt coming into my home. Eric was not satisfied with a couple of parts from the manufacture, so he searched on his own to have sturdier parts for the installations. He went above and beyond so that all the new equipment would be safe, long lasting and secure. He removed all the old equipment and left my home immaculate.
