We had used this company in the past and had been happy with their service. This was another experience.
I took a morning off work so they could come clean some carpeted rooms in our house. They never showed. When we called the office, no one knew where the technician was. My wife got a call later in the day where the technician said his truck broke down. Breakdowns and unexpected things do happen, but we expect the company to either send someone else or call us to reschedule at or before the appointment time. We should not have to chase the supplier to find out these things.
