Working with Robert was great all the way through. I had many questions beforehand over the phone and email as I am looking for a long-term carpet cleaner and have a lot of carpet sq ft in my home. He answered all questions fully and openly, providing context when necessary. The estimate process is based on areas so there is no frantic measuring and estimating of square feet beforehand, and hoping you were somewhat close when the cleaning actually happens.
After scheduling he arrived the morning of and even helped shovel the part of the driveway we were uncovering for him!
Then the entire home was cleaned, furniture moved (minus electronics etc.), and the appropriate spots pre-treated. There were ZERO surprise charges - the estimate included stairs, all areas, spot treating whatever is necessary, and closets. We did opt for Scotch Guard of only one room, or main living area, for a very reasonable price.
So overall a very positive experience that I plan to use for the coming years. The one item he does not include is whole-house dry vacuuming beforehand, so make sure you vacuum the house first. But for Robert's price compared to some of the other vendors I found it is definitely well worth it.
