Kelle is a good salesman. Unfortunately that's where the good ends. Today Kelle "terminated" our basement remodel agreement because they were "overbudget and have another project to focus on." We have thousands of dollars of work remaining and he "forfeited" $700 of punchlist left to bill - big mistake on our part. Not only that, but he scammed us out of a $1,500 Facebook promotion to take photos of the project upon completion - since its not "complete" we won't be seeing that credit. There is good news - we can now finish the work to a level of quality that is acceptable - we have fought Kelle every step of the way to prevent them from cutting corners which they describe as "industry standard." If you care about the quality of your project, look elsewhere so you don't end up making the same costly mistake as us - we've worked with many contractors and never experienced anything like this. We hired Kelle because we have a new infant and trusted someone would get the project done.

We hired D.A.D.S. for an addition demo/replace and kitchen remodel. Kelle sat down with us and discussed what we wanted and then came up with a few designs. We dialed in a design and he went to work. He took care of scheduling both the subs as well and all the permitting and inspections. He was very detailed in his designs as well as thoughtful towards our schedules, as my wife and I both work from home. He even pulled and saved a piece of a door jam I used to mark my kidsâ heights as they were growing up! Although we ran into some weather delays along the way, we worked through them and the project was completed and looks great. I never would have imagined the transformation we saw would have been possible. We love our new kitchen!

This was our first time remodeling a house and Kelle made it an outstanding experience. He guided us through every detail and truly built us our dream home.
