Be very aware of using this company (also known as Temperature Technology) and Walt Kile. They bloat the price of the equipment they purchase and pass it on to you. Also, their customer service is very poor, taking several months to set aside time to obtain a part and get an issue fixed. Lastly, they don't have any urgency in actually doing the work that you sign for them to do. I waited 7 months for an air handler and AC compressor to be installed, and it wasn't anything to do with supply chain issues or not being able to obtain the equipment. I was even expected to go get my own quotes and obtain a sheet metal contractor for the ductwork! What kind of HVAC contractor doesn't have the connections to provide that service??? There just isn't any urgency with their service, and when you approach them about it, they turn on you. No acceptance of their failures or shortcomings. It's always the customer's fault. And a word of note, if you do decide to proceed with using them, get everything in writing. They make up statements about agreeing to wait to install things in the Spring or purchase pawned-off equipment from their other jobs.

We have used CMW for about 8 years now for our HVAC needs and routine maintenance. Recently our hot water tank quit working ( on a very cold evening of course!) and it was late, we made the call and the next afternoon CMW repair technician came out. The technician had to drive quite a ways not only to where we live in relation to where they are located, but also to get the part needed, but none the less he did and even had to re-configure the device to make it work. It was a long day for him, but we couldn't be more pleased with the OUTSTANDING customer service we received. Would HIGHLY recommend CMW in Westminster!

I have been a continuous customer with Comfort Mechanical Works for the past 8-10 years.  I renew the service contract yearly and receive semi-annual checkups on my Furnace and Central Air conditioner.  CMW installed my tankless water heater several years ago and replaced my failed Central Air Conditioner a few years before.  The work was superb and the cost was as expected.  Walt Kile, the manager and service representative is courteous and professional.  He is thoroughly versed in all phases of the Heating and Air Conditioning Technology.

It went very smoothly.  Walt was WONDERFUL!!!  He was always easy to reach from Mexico via SKYPE and helped coordinate the timing of the boiler installation with me and my renters. He sent me documentation about the boiler as well as costs for my approval.  He was very skilled, fast, informative, and professional.  He made it easy and worry free.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

CMW has been doing most of my HVAC work since I had them put in the new units 3 years ago, they have been out for the PM's and some trouble shot and repair.  If you want the real answer talk with this guy.

In coming to repair my old system, they discovered that the previous company had incorrectly installed my system and by doing so ruined the system and voided the warranty. He documented all the errors with a report and pictures and with his help I may be able to recover some of the cost of the previous system. I would recomment CMW to anyone who want quality work done.

They are really conscientious. We have been using them for several years and will continue to use them. It turned out our igniter was going bad and he replaced that.

COMPRESSOR SHOT ON AIR CONDITIONER THE FIRST TIME I TESTED IT THIS SUMMER. CALLED KILE SYSTEMS AND THEY HAD WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK AND HAD ME SET UP BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK. THE THING QUIT WORKING ABOUT THE SECOND TIME I USED IT AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SENT THE TECH OUT THAT AFTERNOON TO TROUBLESHOOT AND FIX THE PROBLEM. IT HAS RUN FINE SINCE.
