I think the work he did was fine, but I think he charged too much. He was here the day I called and did the work the very same day.

Ken is quick and efficient.  He answered all my questions and provided replacement parts from his well-supplied truck.  I wanted to provide the cedar pads for the cooler as I like the smell, so I had already purchased them and he was fine with that.  He came and provided an estimate for the work we needed, then performed the services and charged exactly what was quoted.

I had several jobs I wanted them to do I wanted an assessment on hooking up an Ice maker, fixing a toilet that wasn't draining properly, fixing a drain and replacing a washer. Toilet repair was fast after I told him what I had already tried. He had a solution that I wouldn't have thought of. On the drain, it was a simple case of hair in the drain before the stop. When he looked at the job to put in the ice maker, I got the distinct impression that he just didn't want to do it, so he kept coming up with reasons that it couldn't be done without huge expense. The last straw was when he replaced the faucet washer in the kitchen for $100! He didn't tell me how much it would be in advance. I got the distinct feeling that he was just gaging how much he could screw me for. The final result was way over his original estimate. Like all contractors these days, The estimate cost money which is applied against the service performed. Not worth it. Avoid them.
