He left the water sit for 12 hours because he wanted the water to soak into the furnace so we could prove we had asbestos and he could get that job. They tore out some of the walls in my storage rooms. They took up the carpet. The insurance adjuster came on Thursday and told him we needed dehumidifiers that afternoon and he did not install them until Friday. He refused to show proof of license and then walked off the job when I asked for it again after several days later.
