Waldo and his guys were honest and straightforward in evaluating my sewer problem: they told me what needed to be done and as importantly, what didn't need to be done. Another company came out and stated that the entire line had to be replaced, even though most of it is PVC since a remodel in the 90s. Waldo answered my questions directly, telling me how they would approach it and what could happen that would involve more work and therefore most cost. Even with these caveats their bid was anywhere from 20 to 60% cheaper than other bids we got. They sent me a video of the completed work showing replacement of the broken pipe as well as the rest of the sewer line. With the five year warranty, I feel peace of mind and confidence that they will stand by their work. If there is any downside, it's that they are very busy so sometimes it takes a bit to get back to you. But I never felt put off or neglected. Definitely will use them in the future for any plumbing work that comes up.

We had a backup in our main and these guys came out within 30 minutes on a Sunday. They cleared the blockage for us and even offered to come back and clean it if it happened again within 30 days (which it did, and they came out immediately to clear it again). They were very helpful and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a plumber.

They had great pricing! The only thing was that they did not do a great job at cleaning up after the project. It took me about a days worth of work to fix the landscape after they were done, which wasn't such a big issue for me as I didn't really have much landscaping to begin with, but may be an issue for someone who does.

This company beat the competition on pricing by a mile. I was shocked at the price difference! I have come to realize that plumbing companies can be incredibly deceitful and if they realize you don't know anything about plumbing (sewer lines in my case); they will overcharge you and promise to fix it "first thing in the morning", so you don't have time to get estimates from others! Overall the work repair of my sewer main was good experience. There were some issues getting the work scheduled but I was given a discount for the inconvenience. The water pressure has improved significantly as a result of the repair. The only complaint I have is that my front yard had to be dug up and the clean up of the dirt and stone was a little sloppy. But as I said overall it was a good experience and the crew was very nice to work with.

Plumb 'N Time replaced my water service line from the city main into the house. This project required both excavation and plumbing. Tried to charge me more than the time he was there... charged $24 for two small hoses and an additional $15 for caulking! The job was completed and is satisfactory, though.

I had a leaky pipe and in about an hour it was fixed. Sean was fast, fair and very knowledgable. I would definetly use this company again!
