This company was the first one I could get to call me back. I had started to think pest control companies didn't want my money. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable. Right from the start, he listened to my concerns and explanation of what had been going on. He asked me a few questionsand explained these pests and how they burrow and move up concrete. He wasn't trying to "upsell" me and he was able to schedule me the very next day. Tony arrived on time, unlike the company I had tried a few years back, who made me wait around for their two hour window. Nice old guy, very professional. He knows what he's doing and he did such a good job, I've referred All-Pest Control to my friends for both mice and spiders. They were equally as impressed with his services. We haven't had ants again, but I'd call this company in a heartbeat with any pests we might get in the future.

I called about getting an estimate to take care of a borer beetle problem in a wood mantel. After explaining the situation and what I was looking for, she asked, and quot;What does that have to do with us?and quot; is a rude tone. She asked why I would call a pest company about a wood mantel. I asked if they took care of bugs, thinking maybe they took care of small rodents, etc. instead. She said, and quot;Yes, so you want us to treat for the bugs?and quot; She spoke rudely and unprofessionally and treated me like I was stupid. I did not feel at all confident in their abilities when she did not listen to me when I explained the situation, and she didn't seem to know what a borer beetle was or how to treat it. She asked for my name so she could have a guy call me about an estimate, but I said no thanks.

Fine. They were pleasant and helpful. They offered to come out free if the neighbor also agreed to use their services from my referral.

I have to say the list let me down on this one. All Pest had all "A" ratings, but I didn't find them to be an all "A" company. I had them spray for spiders. When I talked to them on the phone, I asked whether the stuff would kill spider eggs, and Frank said "no, but when they hatch they eat the poison, and that will kill them". When he showed up at the house he told me it wouldn't do any good to do just one application. So I scheduled a second. Can't really complain about the work, and haven't seen any spiders since, but I spent about double what I expected and felt a little deceived.

Called at 8:30 in the morning and Tony arrived within an hour. He sprayed for ants throughout the house and the ants haven't been back. He used an colorless, odorless insecticide that is safe for children and pets. We didn't have to buy into a long-term contract. He said that if he had to return, he'd do it for a reduced rate. He also said that, if he had to come more that twice, he wasn't doing his job.

They are elderly people and wonderful. We will be using them again for 3 or 4 sprays. They are very friendly and nice. They talk about how they use nontoxic sprays which is used in the nursery, pre-schools and grammar schools.

The service man arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and how it worked. Then he asked if I needed anything else done. He was the one who offered to spray for the ants. I had called to get the yellow jacket problem taken care of.

I called All Pest and they responded within the same day. I had someone come out within a few days (it was my schedule that prevented them coming earlier). They were friendly, quick and honest. Even though they said it might take a few weeks, I noticed right away that there were no mice. They will come out in 30 days to check again. I highly recommend them.

I called them and I got a receptionist. The receptionist listened to my problem and told me that she would have a specialist get back to me promptly, in about 20 minutes. The specialist called back an hour and half later. He was extremely rude and lost his temper while on the phone with me. I was extremely surprised by him losing his temper for no apparent reason. I was merely explaining the problem to him and he took it as an attack on his expertise and told me he did not want to hear about my problem. He told me if I didn't like it, that I should use someone else.

I was happy he could come out so early in the morning so I could get to work on time. He sure seemed to know he stuff which was a good thing because I didn't know what to expect.

I recently noticed mouse droppings in several areas of our kitchen and pantry. I tried using a commercial product to catch the mice but was unsuccessful. I then called All-Pest. They returned my call in about 10 minutes and came out to do the work in less than an hour. Two men came, Frank and Steve. They inspected the basement, kitchen, pantry and a bathroom on the first floor and left a number of cubes of poison bait plus several in plastic containers in areas where they might be disturbed. I haven't seen the results yet but I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. Frank left me his cell phone number in case I need to call him back. They inspired confidence that this treatment would do the trick.

So far so good. Very nice people.

I did make an appointment for him to come, and he called that morning and said his truck had broken down but that he would call me back and reschedule but he never did. He was very friendly but I did not get a call back.

Showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a great job and the product worked like they said it would. The product is still working 3 weeks later.

I called needing quick service because of guests arriving for the weekend. Frank gave me good advice on what needed to be done. The work was done the next morning. Friendly, courteous guys. I assume the spiders are taken care of. If not, I'll report later.

Very easy and pleasant - they were able to come the next day and answered all my questions. They came on time and were quick and thorough.

They were very prompt and came out an hour after I called them. They did do a little more than required in the contract by helping move furniture and the like. They were very friendly and so far have been a good help to us.

I spoke with frank and he was very honest in saying that he did not treat for that type of bug and to beware of other companies that say they do who may overcharge and not correct the problem.

This company was very helpful over the phone and when they showed up to do the inspection. I explained the problem (small hole above a window) and the owner let me know he thought it might be termites. He then explained the challenges of termite eradication (few people do it; the big companies make you sign a contract that you don't usually need; very high cost). I asked him to come out and take a look. Turns out we only had an ant problem which he treated. Overall, the company is knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and very responsive.

I spoke with Frank at All Pest Control after being told by Terminix that they did not spray for ticks, which seemed strange. I gathered that they are hard to eradicate, which Frank confirmed. Frank seemed to really know a lot about bugs and other pests, and I appreciated his patience with my many questions. He did not guarantee that we would not see any more ticks, and said it could take up to a month for the treatment to be fully effective, with a follow-up (at a lower price) possibly needed after that. It has been 2 weeks since the treatment and we have seen a couple of slow-moving ticks, but much fewer than before. I am very satisfied with the service we received. The price seemed a little high to me for the short amount of time it took to complete, but it is probably much less than with some companies that try to get you to sign up for a monthly spraying program that can end up costing more.

They were prompt and explained everything well. We haven't had to have them back and that's the greatest part.

I called first for bees, then for spiders. They came out when they said they would, they were thorough and friendly. When I got more spiders before the warranty wore out, they came out for free.
