Totally easy! Justin came when scheduled and provided exactly what we needed at a great price.

Trevor is very professional and easy to work with. He is very straight forward and reasonably priced. His crew, and in particular Luise, were very good and Luise is very impressive on how accurate he is with the back hoe when excavating. Very little damage was done to our landscaping because he is very good. I would recommend them for future sewer work.

Trevor provided great service in getting our house back up and running after our sewer line had broken and encountered significant damage from a tree. Afford-a-rooter provided a very competitive, all inclusive price that included all required permits, inspections and ROW work including asphalt/concrete pour-back.

Trevor understood the urgency of the work due to the lack of sewer in our home and worked with the City inspector to push our permit along and begin work within 3 business days of us notifying him to move forward with the work. Crews were on-site and able to complete the work within one day. Their on-site crews were very knowlledgeable and had the right equipment to expedite completion of the job.

He showed up on time, courteous and explained everything. I would recommend his service to all my friends and family. I don't usually write reviews but the service was excellent so well worth my effort.

Technicians were prompt, attentive, cleaned ALL drain lines thoroughly as well as camera'd the lines out to the city sewer connection per my request. I will use Afford-A-Rooter again. Thanks for the great work!
