Install was good but needed some fixes. When I called Jeff to tell him he got annoyed. He didn't show up for a few days after Jim called him again. He finally adjusted the sprinkler heads and said all was ok My neighbor noticed on the side of the house a whole area not getting wet. I took a walk around and found at least 4 places with the same problem. I called Jeff again and told him and also asked him if he might trim some of our bushes as we have a lot of dead stuff in them. That was 2 weeks ago and no response at all. We are still waiting. We paid a lot of money for this system and would like it to work right, We went with him because he lives close and told us if there was a problem he could be here in 5 minutes. We are disgusted and we should have never paid in cash. Can you help us find someone who would help us with this? I do not want to ruin his reputation but this is not right. Thanks. "Weve called you back 3 x trying to set up a time to come over and look at your bushes and make adjustments I cant help it if you do not answer the phone . update Went directly over to your house and your husband Jim tells us you have been having phone issues, adjusted your heads again . btw you didnt pay cash I discounted $300 because you said you would pay cash and you wrote checks anyway . The neighbor warned us we would have issues with this customer as they had refered another company to her and they regreted it ."

This guy is a Crook. spent 15 min at my house and used a wire nut for a quick fix, He charged me 90.00 dollars. I would have done this myself but didnt want to risk possibly burning up a wire. Without using a meter he assumed as I thought there was a common wire to 2 different solenoids, quickly used a wire nut and had me try the system and it worked. Asked him what I owe and he said 90.00 dollars, I said for 15 min and a wire nut, He said I have done less and charged more for it, and the 1st half hour is 90.00 dollars, this I was not informed of, also indicated there was an expense for the drive, hes company is exactly 5.1 miles from my home. I paid him and swore I would make sure this guy doesnt screw any one else over. I will spend the day finding websites this company it associated with and making people aware of the crook this guy Jeff S is. Hope this helps someone from getting taken for a ride.

You called, we came and fixed the problem immediately. 5 stars diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the problem is the typical review for this type of job. Your reasons for this review are absurd nobody works for free shame on you for trying to harm our stellar reputation."
