I wanted to surprise my husband by having the grass--which had not been cut in 2 weeks--cut while he was at work. We have 2 dogs, so some pooper-scooping was also in order. While Justin was very accommodating to fulfill my last-minute request, that is where the positive experience ended.After the mowers left, I discovered several upsetting things:1. They did NOT blow away the clippings as promised, so the yard was completely full of clippings.2. There were countless dog droppings left all over the yard, in complete view (not hidden and therefore understandably missed).3. They left my gate open, KNOWING I HAD DOGS!!! So my dogs were wandering the neighborhood between the time they left and the time I went out to check the workmanship!!!!I called Justin and sent an email about the shotty work. He finally responded about 2 hours later. He was surprised about what I described, because he and quot;sent his two best guys over.and quot; Well, I seriously doubt that, as one of the men specifically told me it was his first week as an explanation that he didn't know who I should make the check out to! Justin later came to inspect the workmanship. His only comment was, and quot;Obviously, they were in a bit of a hurry...and quot; and said they would be back the next day to finish the job.2 days later, the job still is not complete and I have not heard a word from Justin. If they truly feel it's important to and quot;Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as if working for the Lord and not for man.and quot; -Colossians 3:23 as their website says, then they must think God does not have a very high standard for work or customer service...

They arrived early, and stayed for approximately 3 hours, cleaning the entire house. They did a very good job, listening to my concerns about a few specific areas, and even scraping some old glue off the wall of the tub (there had been stickers there). I thought they were a little pricier then I would prefer, but they were very nice and did a great job.
