Quality work, responsive, reasonable price

Very friendly and hard working. Got the job done in half the time projected.

He sold himself as a man of faith. He was very unprofessional with his bidding process. I ended up typing up the bids for him. I would say that the ONLY thing he did well was the egress window in the basement. In my 3rd car garage addition, I paid extra for a true Dutch door and purchased a cheap door, and sawed it in half. Ridiculous. He is unreliable, unavailable, and acts like you are stealing from him because he is giving you â such a great deal. After not being able to continue a professional working relationship, we had to let him go. He did not get to my extension from the patio and gable and new columns in front. We, unfortunately, paid for these items and were left holding the bag for $9,200 that we had to pay to another contractor to do the work we paid Simons for. It was one of the worst years and experiences of my life. And, the only reason I now feel safe writing this review is that we sold the home and he can no longer find us.

Paul and his team were amazing to work with. He has a wonderful eye for quality and the visual impact of the addition as well as the function! They added a living room and garage addition to the front of our house as well as electrical work and it surpassed our very high expectations. He listened to both our wants and concerns and addressed them all. The addition enhanced our living space, which we knew it would, but also has added a renewed enjoyment to our home and how we live in it. I am a contractor myself in a different area of the business, and have never received better results! Thank you, Paul.

Worked in a timely manner ... friendly personnel. ... equipment was there as needed ... price was right ... would use them again.

The quality of Mr. Simonovich's work is excellent but it takes him months to finish a simple task. Customer service started very well but degraded as the project went on. He could not be reached on the phone for weeks at a time. I willingly paid the agreed on price, but his delays cost me rental income to the tune of $5500.00. I could not recommend this contractor because of all the anxiety and frustration that he put me through. At one point I contemplated taking him to Small Claims Court. I am still lacking a backsplash in the kitchen which was detailed in the original contract. Home Advisor provided some communication with him that got him to finally finish the project. It is my sincere hope that he gets the message from this review and gets himself on track. He is a likable guy, a fine contractor with good taste and a fine sense of design and balance.

Working with Paul was very easy. His crew did an excellent job on my new driveway. I would use him again and recommend him to others also.

I would say that we we were satisfied. Base board color turned out lighter then we remembered, but they did not bring back sample board to compare it with. .

Simons concrete did a awesome job. I would easily recommend them to anyone and I will use them for any future jobs.

Paul did good work on my driveway and side yard. Everything was done quickly and professionally. My only down side is I had to do a little cleaning of the neighbor's yard and will have to follow up on the side yard to keep it looking good. I can't wait for the concrete to harden so I can drive on it.

Paul is a highly experienced professional contractor. He and his brother actually perform the work and they worked around our needs for scheduling this three day job (complete tear-out and re-pour of a three car garage). He was on time, on budget, and really focused on getting extra road base properly compacted to produce an excellent finished result. This company is a WINNER!

The garage turned out great! Paul spent the time to understand what I wanted to build and made suggestions to make it even better. The quality of the work and materials was much higher than the other estimates I received and the price was lower! Paul and his crew often put in long days in order to get things ready for the next subcontractor or to finish up one phase of the project. He is definitely a hard worker. We will definitely be calling Paul for future construction and remodeling jobs we have planned!

Excellent experience for me from start to finish. Great price, quick and expert work. My structural engineer was impressed by the garage floor that Paul installed. I would recommend highly for any concrete work.
