Jason Weekes is now my go-to repair dude. When he came by (ON TIME EVEN AFTER A SNOW STORM AND 2 HOUR DRIVE), before even stepping foot on the floor, he put on booties so mud/ice didn't track through the house!
He didn't dawdle, and in no time flat, he'd figured out the washing machine issue and was onto the dryer. He reviewed options to repair the dryer and we settled on one that involved him ordering the parts and coming back a different day. Since his price was so affordable, I also had him check out a non-working ice maker. He again gave me options for DIY or having him do the work (and fast!).
When Jason left, everyone in my family remarked about how nice he was, how comfortable we felt with him in the house, and how remarkable it was that he came out to our country home without charging mileage! Surprising us with his excellent service, Jason called that evening and let us know he found the parts and when he expected them to be shipped.
When the parts came in, we were in the middle of another snow storm. Jason offered to still come up, but with a foot on the ground and more coming, we deferred until at least the snow plow came through. Sure enough, the next day, the plow came through and Jason was at our home 9:30am to finish the dryer repair.
We did so much catchup laundry the well went dry! But walking into the laundry room, you'd never know the dryer was even on it's so quiet now! Jason's # immediately went to the top of my Good Repair guy's list. I highly recommend his work and excellent follow up service.

Jason provided great service on the appliances in our newly purchased home. We will definitely use him whenever we need additional work done. His work is good, his service fees are good, and he is pleasant to work with.

We live 45 minutes from the closest town of some size. There is always a trip charge when anyone comes up. I saw Countryside Appliance's ad in our local paper. The larger repair companies down the hill couldn't make it up here for two weeks! We run a small inn and that would not work for us! We called Countryside Appliance. Jason came that afternoon, was on time and quickly diagnosed our problem. Our dryer was also in bad need of general maintenance due to our heavy use. He did a temporary fix so we could use the dryer because he had to order a part from Denver. He said it could take 1 to 3 days to get the part. In 2 days he was back and fixed our dryer - it runs like new! Jason was professional, knew what he was doing, took great care to cover his shoes before walking on our hardwood floors, took great care to put carpet squares under our appliance to make sure he didn't mar our floors, took great care to rebalance our machine before leaving - couldn't have asked for better service! It is great to have someone close by who we can trust to be punctual and get the job done with excellence!
