Carpet Installation
Carpet arrived within 10 days, installation seemed to go efficiently. It is hard to judge carpet quality. The pad and carpet seem to be pretty cushy. It's so new that we can't tell about wear, etc.

THE INSTALLERS WERE TIMELY WITH THEIR ESTIMATE & THE ORDER WAS VERY TIMELY. I WOULD RECOMMEND CARPET DIRECT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THEM & BOTH GROUPS DID A GREAT JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET IS GREAT. IT LOOKS LIKE WHAT WAS IN PARADE OF HOMES FOR FAR LESS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. SHELLY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL AS FRIENDLY. SHE DID NOT TRY TO OVER SELL US AND GAVE US A VERY GOOD PRICE ON THE CARPET.
