Shade Brothers Painting

While we love to support small, local businesses, unfortunately I cannot recommend Shade Brothers. They painted the exterior of our home in October of 2021. We sent over pictures of what our home was to look like, as well as a written explanation of each paint color. They incorrectly painted our house twice, then made it out to be my fault and said I needed to pay the difference for labor and supplies. This was no fault of mine - all conversations were captured on our Ring doorbell to back it up. They did not include our outdoor patio in the initial quote - which is odd since we do have a stucco home. When they did paint our patio, they did not paint the top of our pergola or the top of pillars, we had to send them pictures of the unfinished work for them to come out and finish the job. Fast forward to March of 2023 and we have paint literally flaking off our patio area. We paid extra for the top of the line Sherwin Williams paint, so there is no excuse for this. We have emailed the Shade Brothers with pictures of the flaking paint and have yet to receive a response a week later.

Shade Brothers were so very professional from the very beginning. Thir estimate was thorough and the quote they provided was what it cost for the whole project with no upsell or additional costs. Their crew was absolutely amazing and very courteous. They did a walk around with me and even touched up areas that I inquired about. I will definitely hire them again when I am ready for interior and deck to refinish. Simply put, Shade Brothers were outstanding.

Shade Brothers Painting were good and we liked them. They did the estimates and the work which is one thing we liked about them. They got back to us when their competitors didn't and they did a fine job with quality. Their professionalism was good.
